Crewfellow
Marine navigation system
CrewFellow brings together all digital systems on board in one integrated platform. Equipment, data, and internet are connected to support navigation, communication, and access to essential sailing information. The system collects and visualizes data on a tablet, laptop, or smartphone, giving the skipper a clear and up-to-date overview at all times.
CrewFellow required a dedicated enclosure to bring all onboard systems together. We developed a robust housing with a refined aesthetic that fits naturally within the maritime environment.

Starting from concept sketches, I translated the design into a detailed 3D CAD model. This included selecting suitable connectors and integrating them together with the PCBA into the enclosure design. I prepared the enclosure components for production and supported part of the manufacturing process in Asia. The first injection-molded samples were tested and, after a few minor adjustments, the product was ready for mass production.
